Denver Burger Battle was this evening. Twelve restaurants showcasing their best burgers, 3 local breweries throwing beer at the crowd and the
Infinite Monkey Theorem pouring two different wines. With Ted and Aaron in company for this gastronomic journey into beefy gluttony it would have been impossible to not have fun.
An Avery IPA paired with a Berkshire Kobe burger. The nondescript bit of food in the lower right corner? Chicken fried bacon.
A bourbon soaked cupcake.
Infinite Monkey Theorem wine paired with a burger from the Lohi Steakhouse. It had promise, except I am not a fan of blue cheese.
